How to reach Thassos Island

You may reach Thassos Island by ferry boats, which connect the island with two ports of Kavala. The main port of Limenas is connected with Keramoti’s port, which has frequent routes throughout summer, almost every 30 minutes. The second port of Thassos is situated in the village of Skala Prinos and it is connected with Kavala City. The routes there are fewer, and they depart almost every two hours.

For guests travelling by plane, the closest airport to Thassos is Kavala International Aiport “Megas Alexandros”, which serves domestic flights to Athens the whole year and international flights to many points in Europe, during the summer period.
